tldr: Highly Recommend.

I first contacted Quality Roofing just over year ago. I was looking for a quote on replacing my shingle roof and submitted quote requests to a handful of local roofing contractors around Jan 2025. Not only did Quality Roofing respond first with a quote and prompt response, their quote for a metal roof was less than I was quoted weeks later from other roofers for shingle, when they finally responded.

Tracy reached out to me directly and I explained my situation that I was looking to have the roof repaired within the next year. When I contacted him a year later in Jan 2026, he immediately sent me an updated estimate. Secured a deposit and he handled the permit process next day. As soon as the permit was ready, work started on the roof. Tatiana and Tim in the office handled any questions I had before, during, and after the replacement. All documents were handled professionally and organized well.

I couldn't be happier with my roof and how Quality Roofing handled the replacement, clean up, and my individual concerns and requests.

Quality Roofing & Sheet Metal did an awesome job. From start to finish, they were professional and responsive, offering superior quality, customer satisfaction and value. It was a pleasure doing business with this locally owned company who felt like family by the end of the job's completion. The owner, Austin, his wife Kaycee and his amazing roofing manager Tracy were there for me to answer questions every step of the way. I am so pleased with my new Tuff Rib Metal roof, gutters and fascia that I feel like I have a new home! The work and attention to detail, the honest communication, excellent value, fair price, quality craftsmanship and experience from start to finish has exceeded my expectations. I would recommend Quality Roofing and Sheet Metal to all my friends and family. They are a reputable local business who truly care and offer a quality product and excellent customer service. I will use them again if in need without a doubt. If you need a new roof or repair, please give Quality Roofing and Sheet Metal a call. They are truly a gem in this day and age, offering quality one can rely on and a commitment to make their customers happy and feel important. Blessed to have this opportunity to work with Austin, Tracy, Kaycee and their whole crew!

I highly recommend Quality Roofing & Sheet Metal for a beautiful new roof that can withstand 180 MPH winds. They were hard working, knew their trade inside and out, were always friendly, and their attention to detail was amazing. The roof looks beautiful and we are very pleased. Pricing was highly competitive too.

Great Experience, they fixed my house a year ago it was excellent. We did a bid at the place that I work and they were the more reasonable on pricing and In timing to install. The best quality that I say they have is there communication skills. For this project I dealt with Mr.Tracy he always communicated well and any time that I called, either him or their office answered. Keep up the good work! God Bless.

We are very pleased with our new metal roof. Austin, the owner, was very easy to work with. Have you ever had a contractor that doesn't communicate? That's a typical contractor. Right? That's not Austin!! GREAT COMMUNICATION!! We are very pleased. A young local business owner you should do business with!!

Our house has a very steep 12x12 pitch on half of our roof. 2 Dormers, multiple transitions. We used 26 ga metal and we are very satisfied. Careful of plants and property. Good clean up. Fair price.
Thanks

Austin Hedrick and his roofing professionals were prompt and very efficient. The inspection, removal, and roof installation on home and shed were done in four days! Cleaned up the debris along the way- and they provide a 5 year warranty on work! You can be confident using this company! Highly recommended!

Can't say I've ever been this satisfied with any other contractor before. They are very professional, Polite, fast, honest and a must for my wife was the fact that the house and yard were kept picked up and clean throughout the job. I might have found one small piece of felt paper from the old roof in a bush next to the house when I was trimming it. I Highly recommend Quality roofing & Sheet metal.
